By entering into this arrangement, the employer consents to any dispute arising from this arrangement being settled by the Fair Work Commission through arbitration in accordance with clause 40—Dispute resolution and section 739(4) of the Act. If the matter is not capable of being dealt with by such authority it may be dealt with in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in this award. However, an apprentice may agree to work overtime or shiftwork if requested to do so.
